About the Panoramic Podcast
As usual, I'm bucking the trend while bouncing merrily onto the bandwagon. It's a podcast, the popular new in-thing! Typically they're released as a series of single audio files each representing an episode. It's episodic, periodic and complete. Maybe an intro leads off the show. Discrete segments might appear. Or the "podcaster" might turn the spigot and prattle on until they need to pee, at which time the show ends abruptly (let's hope.)
For the Panoramic Podcast I'll record short clips, including the intro and closer, separately and sporadically. For now I'm merely recording my written blog entries, but I may include other premium content for the podcast as I set up the infrastructure for doing so. Monetizing the podcast will be worked out later.
A podcast newsfeed for listeners with mobile audio devices would be nice, wouldn't it? Give it time. For now, you'll probably want to listen with the embedded Ksan Player in the Panoramic Imprint's left margin, under the Podcast heading. Or pick and choose content from the list above if that's not working for you.
So really it's like a podcast/playlist hybrid. And it's all me, all the time, with less friction and irritation.
